Go to File and make a New Layer...400x400..Transparent

On Color Palette...Foreground....find a color you like...Flood fill ..I used#c2e490......name this layer

Background...I used Filter Unlimted....Paper Texture...Japanese Paper to texturize my background.

New Raster Layer...name it Rocker

On Color Palette Forground I used a bright Gradient that had a bit of green for the Background... pick a color... I used #c2e490

Preset....Ellispe....size 6

When you have it to your liking..go to Effects....Geometric....Ripples

Amplitude.....21...................Horizontal....41

Wave length....27............Vertical Center....49

We are going to put in Text

Go to Preset.....Vector.....Ellispe..draw out an oval that is just outside the Rocker.............floating and antialais checked....Stroke null and Fill White.......go to Image.....your cursor will be on a rocker with an A..

This is where you enter your text....if your Text is upside down

undo ...and go to Image,,,make sure you are on Vector layer..and Flip

than re-do your Text......Name this layer Text use the Mover Tool to set in place

See screenshot....Go to Selections and Promote to layer. Highlight the Vector layer ..... and delete it

Highlight top layer....Click on the Frog Image..go to Edit Copy.click on graphic and Paste as New Layer

You frog will be too large so go to Image and resize.70 Percent you might have to find your own percentage.. make sure All Layers is Unchecked...Close out Background.....highlight the top layer...Merge Visible...You should have two layers....Merged and Background

Well now...that wasn't too hard was it?....Almost through.

We are now going to make the annimation....Please pay CLOSE attention on how to do this...we are going to use the one and only graphic...We will Merge Visible...and then Un-do to start again.

Click your Graphic open the Background....Merge Visble.. save as PSP frog 1....go back to graphic and undo the merge..

Click on your Graphic....close out the background...highlight the top layer .....Go to Image....Rotate..20 left make sure all Layers are left Unchecked

now open background and merge visible..Save as PSP frog 2

Click Graphic and undo the merged

Click on your Graphic....close out the background...highlight the top layer .....Go to Image....Rotate..20 left make sure all Layers are left Unchecked

now open background and merge visible..Sharpen Save as PSP frog 3

Click Graphic and undo the merged

Click on your Graphic....close out the background...highlight the top layer .........Go to Image....Rotate..20 right

make sure all Layers are left Unchecked

Click Graphic and undo the merged

Click on your Graphic....close out the background...highlight the top layer .....Go to Image....Rotate..20 right

Open Annimation Shop

Opaque....next.....Upper Corner....With Canvass Color... checked...next

Repeat annimation....27........next.....Image

Find wher your images and while holding down the CTRL key click on # 7....6...5....4....3....2....1....finish

Go to view and see your annimation

..Click on your Graphic....close out the background...highlight the top layer .....Go to Image....Rotate..20 left make sure all Layers are left Unchecked

now open background and merge visible..Sharpen Save as PSP frog 4

Click Graphic and undo the merged
