The Window
This was created in PSP 7.using tecniques from tutorials I did as  lessons..it can be done in other versions with a bit of tweaking.
For this tutorial you will need  two outside filters....
Viseman....download ....HERE....also Filter Factory C...

Lets get started
# 1  Open a new image at 500X500 transparent..


For the Lady tube click ...HERE...

The Misted Rose...HERE....

The Doves are in a tutorial I did from her site.
Download  Dove Zip file..open and save in folder

#2  Effects..Plugins..Filter Factory C..The Grid

# 3 ...using the Magic Wand while holding down the Shift key..click into all the grid squares...go to Selections..Modify..Expand 1  and flood fill with #d03931...or you color choice.....Do Not Deselect

#4..Effects..Inner Bevel.Screenshot below...apply the numbers shown. Ok..Select None

#5  Open the Misted Rose..Copy..click on working image and Paste as New layer...Using the Viseman Filter..Distortion..Radial Pox..apply numbers shown in screenshot below.Feel free to play around with this filter and get something you like...With mover tool move it up a bit. I used the Deformation Tool and turned it a bit to the left.
#6  Click on the working image and Paste as New Layer the Misted Rose..place in the lower right hand corner..Effects
Drop Shadow..Screenshot below..Go back and add drop shadow again ..remove the minus from 3 and 6...OK
#7 Make the Radial Pox Layer active..open Lady graphic ..Copy...make working image active and Paste as New Layer
#8  In screenshot below is how your layers should be lined up...click on Pox layer..opaque it to 52..click on the Lady layer...opaque it down to 49.Click the Rose layer opaque it down to 76
#9   In Color Palette make the background..white .foreground..#d03931....Go to Image..Border...size 20...OK
...Magic Wand..RGB Value..Tolerance..0...Feather..0..
click inside white border and while its active flood fill with
with foreground color...or color of your choice... ..Effects..Drop Shadow..use same as before..click ok..go back and add the minus to 3 and six..ok
Your Graphic is now merged.

# 10 Go to Windows and Duplicate twice..you now have three..(3)  copies...Go to File and save each as Dove 1
Dove 2...Dove 3...
# 11..Open Annimation..Click Open and download all three Dove Graphics while holding the CTRL key down click on ..3..2..1..
minimize 3...click on 2 ..go to Edit..Copy..Click on 1  Edit..Paste after Current Layer..close out 2..Restore 3..Edit..Copy..,Click on 1..Paste after Current Layer..close out 3...you now have three frames.
# 12..Now find the Doves from the Zip File and download it to Annimation Shop....you have two frames of Doves..click on the first frame..it will have a blue frame around it....Go to Edit...Copy..
click on the first frame of graphic..it also will have a blue frame when active..go to Edit...Select All..Back to Edit...Propagate Paste..
Back to Edit and Paste into Selected Frame...Place the dove where you wish it to be...
# 13...click on the second frame of Dove..it will have a blue frame around it....Go to Edit...Copy..
click on the first frame of graphic..it also will have a blue frame when active..go to Edit...Select All..Back to Edit...Propagate Paste..
Back to Edit and Paste into Selected Frame...Place the dove over the first Dove..Go to Annimation,,,,Animation Frame  add 8..now if all went well..click on View..Annimation.
The Doves wings should be flapping
You are now finished..
