For those of you that don't know how to move parts of a ready made graphic.
This is my own tutorial....I worked hard to learn how to do this
making many mistakes...I want to share with you what i have learned.
I would say this is for the advanced

Open a new transparent image size 350x350
color fill with a dark color to help you see better
Make a new folder..name it skeleton....
Make a new layer..
upload Skeleton you downloaded.... highlight it and go to
Edit..click on Copy.....return to colored filled image click it .....go to
Edit ....Paste as Transparent Image.
Go to Selections....Duplicate four times..minimize these
four copies.
Return to your first graphic.......open up layers and click on
the second layer...(skeleton)..make sure you are on layer 2
Now we are going to start moving body parts
click on the lasso tool...draw a circle around
the hand...see screenshot....while the lasso is active
go to Selections and promote to layer.
click on the deformation tool and grab the outside handle
and turn the hand the direction you want...I went
to the left..make sure the bones are connecting
now click on layer 2 and erase any hand that is showing
being carful not to erase any of the arm
Go to Selections ..None.
You now have three layer.....go to background and delete
now close promoted layer out and highlight the layer
..merge visible....now open up the
promoted layer and merge visible with the merged layer.
Save in the skeleton folder as a psp file and name it 1
name the others as 2.etc
To save you having to read so much I will tell you to do
the same with the other four graphics..remembering to
PROMOTE to Layer.....I have screenshots you can look
at if you tend to get lost...now if you wish to have him
moving more... make more duplicates and move everything the
opposite way..you can move any parts of the body remembering
to always go back to layer two and do your erasing....
When you have finished go to Annimations and set the time
between 10 and 15......download the psp graphics while holding
down the CTRL key and starting a # 5 or your highest number
highlight them all..click finish......View.....if you like your annimation
then save........
