This was created with PSP 7..I'm sure it can be made in other versios with a few adjustments.
This frame is made without an image..you will make it using your Selection Tool...After it is made..you will insert your picture...Find the picture of birds and the gold tile and put on desk .
Get your Selection Tool...Rectangle...starting at the upper left hand corner of image count over two squares (PIXELS) start your selection there and pull out to two squares all around the image..when it is finished you will have 2 squares on top ...bottom and sides...see screenshot. DO NOT Deselect
Flood fill with White....see screenshot below...go to Selections...Modify..Contract 25
Okay...hit the Delete key...this will remove the white background in frame....
Using the Magic wand click inside the frame you just made..you will have running ants around the frame....see screenshot....now find your picture you are going to insert,....Copy and Paste this picture into selection
....Diselect ...Minimize your picture for now.
Go to Effects..Inner Bevel and use the setting shown in screenshot below..Deselect
Are you still with me..lol...It's really easy...
now we are going to make our inside frame
Go to Magic Wand and click center of image..flood fill with white..,go to Selections..Modify Contract at 20.
Using the Magic Wand click between center and frame and flood fill with the gold ..go to Effects and apply the same Inner Bevel..the setting should still be there..Using the Magic Wand click in the middle (White) and hit Delete
On your Color Palette..(Styles).foreground..pull Pattern up.....
on top you will see the gold ..you will use the Horizontal. No repeats...click okay
Deselect...your frame is made..you can save as PSP and use another time..
Now with magic Wand click inside the frame and copy and paste the picture of birds into selection.
