This was created in P.S.P. 7
I'm sure it can be did in other versions with a few adjustments.
Any similarities to other tutorials on the Internet is unintentional as we all learn from others.
Right click on the picture on the left and save to a folder of your choice...find the picture and duplicate it and close out the original.
Now go to layers and Duplicate......Go to Colors....Negative Image.
go to Colors..Gray Scale..see screenshots below of what each should look like
On layer palette..go to properties..see screenshot below.. change Blend Mode to Screen...don't worry the image is still there....go to effects
Blur..Average Blur at 13... Go to Colors...Enhance Photo...Clarify
Back to Colors....Histogram Function Equalize..Merge Flatten
You are through..you can now frame it...
