I'm sure it can be done in other versions with a bit of adjustments.
Any similarities to others is purely coincindental.
You will need Eye Candy 3 which I'm sure comes with the program..if not download HERE
Go to File and open a 400x400 Transparent image
I like to work in large spaces and resize later
flood fill the image with a dark color so Iyou can see " text''you can always delete this later and put your own color in.
Layer 1 Text
Go to Text tool and size 72..pick a fat text with color white.
If you dont have a fat text you can use the deformation tool to make the text larger...get the fill tool and fill with # coffff... while the text is still active go to
Effects..Art..Chrome..enter the numbers as shown in the screeshot...Ok " do not diselect"
Go to Effects..Texture..Rough Leather and enter the numbers.and color as shown in screenshot..Diselect
Now go to Effects...Plugins...Eye Candy/Alien Skin 3 and use
the numbers as shown in screeshot below...play with the settings until you find the glass texture you like...Now to make it sparkle like glass go to Paint Brush...Custom...you have a X there..size it to your liking and set it around on your name.This tutorial is only a guideline to show how to make glass..this is also good on frames
You can get glass with just using Chrome and Rough leather.....but it's fun to create different looks...lol..when finished resize to 300x300
