This is on E-bay PAINT SHOP PRO 7..put your bid in.
Open up a 400x400 transparent graphic.
Raster Layer 1
step2...Open up all your Glass..Square and Cat .... minimize them...step3...go to Color Palette (styles)
click on the Pattern and find the background glass # 1 tile...click it..flood fill your transparent graphic.
step1....Make a New Folder and name it Cat....this is where you will un-zip all the goodies and save your graphic as psp when you take a break
Step 4..Go to Effects..Textures...Mosiac Antique and enter the numbers shown above.
New Raster Layer 2..name it Cat
Step 5...Click on the Cat Image...resize 90 % or less...go to Edit..copy ..click on working image..Edit paste as new selection.. with the mover tool center the cat image...
New Raster Layer 3..name Inner Frame
Step 6 On your color palette...null the foreground and on the background make the color white......now using the Preset Tool find the rectangle
.antalais checked and vector unchecked ..size 4...
see screenshot below ..draw out your first frame line starting on the left upper corner pulling across to right side
New Raster Layer 4..name it Squares
Step 7 duplicate this layer by going to layers and duplicate... go to Image and flip..move it into place....8 duplicate this layer ..go to Image..rotate at 90 left..move into place with Mover Tool..9 duplicate this layer and go to image and mirror..again move into place.
Close out all other layers but the 4 inner frames and go to Layers and Merge Visible..name this layer Frame...open all layers. Save
Step 10 Open the corner..Edit..copy .click on your image Edit... paste it at the upper left corner as a transparent image..duplicate this and move it to the side of the square..now duplicate the corner square once again and move it down

.11 On Color Palette Background null..On Layer Palette click on the Corner square Layer get your Magic Wand ..click inside the square this will make the square active.. go to Selections..Modify Expand 1 okay
Color Palette ..Click on Pattern and find the glass # 3 you are going to use.. . flood fill. .Deselect..12 you will repeat # 11 with the other squares making sure you highlight the layer you are to flood fill with Glass #1 and
... deselect after each fill...Save
Step 13 Close out all layers but the three squares...merge visible...name this layer Squares ..open all your layers
14 Highlight the Merged Squares in Layer Palette by clicking on it..duplicate by going to Layers and click Duplicate and go to Image.. mirror..duplicate this layer and go to Image..Filp..duplicate this layer go to Image...mirror,,,now you have all four corners set in place. Save
Step 15 Now highlight the frame layer by clicking on it
Making sure you are on the Frame layer...using the Magic Wand click on the inside of white frame.
It will be active with ants..
on the color plaette.. background null ..foreground the pink glass ..or your choice of glass
floodfill and deselect....Merge Flatten
Step 16 Make a New Raster layer..name it Lead
Foreground in Color Palette Black..Background null...click on Draw tool..single line..size4
Step 17 Starting on the upper left corner under the pink frame draw a line from left to right...duplicate...Image..flip..duplicate the flip and Image... Rotate at 90 left...duplicate this layer..Image..mirror..
18 now with the draw tool active once more..draw short lines around the corners where needed.....19 Using the draw too once more
Draw lines around the cat..see screenshot below Save
Step 20 Go to Selections..Select All...Selections Float and add the Inner Bevel as shown below..you can use your own inner bevel if you wish..this is only a guideline. Excuse the messiness.on the screenshot
Step 22 Merge Flatten and you are finished.
